2. How We Use Your Information

3. Use of Strava and Intervals.icu Data

When you connect your Strava or Intervals.icu account, Redline Lab accesses your data through their APIs using standard authorization processes (OAuth or API Keys).

This data is used exclusively to:

  • analyze training activities

  • provide coaching insights within Redline Lab

Redline Lab:

  • does not redistribute Strava or Intervals.icu data
  • does not sell Strava or Intervals.icu data
  • does not share Strava or Intervals.icu data with third parties
  • All use of this data complies with the Strava API Agreement and Intervals.icu Developer terms.

4. Data Sharing

Redline Lab does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.

We may use third-party service providers (such as hosting or infrastructure providers) that process data solely to support the operation of the platform.

These providers are required to maintain appropriate security protections.

5. Data Storage and Security

6. User Control and API Permissions

  • deleting your Redline Lab account
  • Once access is revoked, Redline Lab will no longer retrieve new data from those services.

7. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

Upon account deletion:

  • personal account information will be removed
  • stored activity data associated with the account will be deleted
